Returns & Exchanges

At Fuego, we want you to feel the heat in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print our pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
